Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery (for damaged or missing items, within 2 days).

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Cement, sand, aggregates, or other perishable construction materials.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or installation.

• Items purchased under clearance, special orders, or custom specifications.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return as per our return policy.

• For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
